OUR PROCESS

The process varies based on the type of service provided, but each service has some basic guidelines that are essential to the success of the project. We will always schedule a time to meet at the location of where the desired work is to be done. This allows us to see the actual property, and listen to your concerns and expectations. We will map out and create a plan while including you in the entire process to ensure you get exactly what you want. We will meet again to discuss the design (landscape & ponds) and answer any questions that you may have.

We believe in constant evaluation to ensure we are providing the best possible service; therefore, we will always ask if there is anything we can do to improve.

ON A PERSONAL NOTE…

The process of designing, being able to take nothing and create, an elegant, aesthetically pleasing landscape for people to enjoy and relax was and still is humbling and fulfilling. We do not paint art; we actually create the art that paintings are based on.

We started our own landscaping company in 2012 and have been striving to make improvements and continue to grow. We take pride in the work we do and believe our customers are the roots and what keep us going. We value your input and strive to constantly improve in every aspect of our business. We constantly invest in training to ensure we continue to provide the best service possible.

Lubbock does not have the best scenery, but we are trying to change that one house at a time.
