Extreme Makeover
Project Description
Residential home in Lubbock, Texas.
The owner was constantly busy and didn’t have time to take care of the landscaping. The yard was dirt, weeds, and small patches of grass. The flowerbeds were not much better, and one tree was surrounded by ivy. Our customer wanted to improve the curb appeal and have a yard full of grass again. Plants had to perennials and multiple evergreens to ensure the landscaping would look good year round. Two large trees were also damaging the driveway that had to be removed. The customer also wanted an irrigation system that would be budget friendly.
The result was a complete makeover on the outside. Two large trees were removed, carved. A water conservative irrigation system was installed to ensure a minimal increase on the water bill. Flowerbeds and grass areas were prepped and weeds and other plants were removed. A boarder was designed and fitted with toppers for a clean look. Plants, mulch, and sod were installed to finalize the project. We also installed pathways, a patio, and a fire pit for family gatherings.
