Escape Reality
Project Description
New home build in Lubbock, Texas.
New home builders will always offer irrigation and landscaping as an option when deciding to build; however, it is highly recommended to avoid them. For some common Bermuda and a mediocre irrigation system that would waste water, the cost was around eight thousand dollars. Figure that cost into the life of the home loan, and you pay a significant amount more than the option price. Instead, higher a reliable contractor, like us, that can give you exactly what you want using quality material at affordable prices.
Our customer wanted a large tree due to the number of homes with “baby” trees. Also wanted a “unique” flowerbed that would stand out from the other homes. The flowerbed had to vary in color and height (just like any flowerbed should) and look full in the winter as well. The grass had to be drought tolerant, extremely dense type of Bermuda that would “feel good on the feet.” Everything: irrigation, flowerbeds, patio, pond, and landscape lighting had to be planned for future additions if any.
